Job Description
Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to provide in-person services for charter high school students. This position is for the current school year.
$42–$45/hr
Position Details

Full-Time | 7:30am–4:00pm (30-minute lunch)

Charter high school setting
-
Academic and CTE (Career & Technical Education) programs

Must be licensed in Ohio or eligible for an Education Degree Unlimited substitute license
Qualifications
-
Licensure in the state of Ohio

School certification in the state of Ohio

Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
-
Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities May Include
-
Delivering specially designed instruction to support student achievement
-
Monitoring progress and adjusting instruction based on data
-
Creating a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom
-
Supporting students, parents, and general education staff
-
Mentoring and coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills
-
Developing effective IEPs with measurable results

Participating in multidisciplinary meetings
