Job Description

Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $42-$45/hr 

Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to provide in-person services in a charter high school setting for the current school year. This role supports students in both academic and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs.

Position Details
• Full-Time
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• In-person services
• Charter high school environment
• Current school year assignment

Qualifications
• Must hold a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license
• School certification in Ohio
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain)
• Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities
• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned to IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data
• Develop measurable, compliant IEPs
• Create a structured, achievement-focused classroom
• Support students, families, and general education staff
• Mentor students in self-regulation and organizational skills
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
