Speech-Language Pathologist - Full-Time
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave success for students nationwide, Therapy Source is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team and provide in-person therapy services to elementary school students. This position is for the current school year, from March 2, 2026 through May 28, 2026.
Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Valid Florida State Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them
- Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and developing personalized goals for students requiring speech therapy
- Providing speech and language intervention services as outlined in students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Supporting students in achieving their personal, academic, and social communication goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Collaborating with educators and families to ensure holistic support for each student
