As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for school students. These positions are for the current school year.

Position 1:

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• August 4, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• Total annual pay potential up to $81,000
• Public school students
• Time included in the schedule for documentation and paperwork
• No extra duties assigned (no bus duty, car rider duty, etc.)
• 1099 contract
• Strong support from district
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License OR Florida Department of Education (DOE) SLP Certification

Position 2:

• Begin as a part-time assignment (22.5-30 hours per week) with the potential to increase to full-time hours (up to 37.5 hours per week) based on student needs
• Flexible scheduling
• Total weekly pay potential up to $1800
• Private K-12 school students
• Immediate start available
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License OR Florida Department of Education (DOE) SLP Certification

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Ability to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local special education regulations
