Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) - Full-Time
Job Description
$500 INCENTIVE FOR SCHOOL-BASED SLPS – START BY MAY 31 AND COMPLETE 200 HOURS TO QUALIFY.
Therapy Source is excited to announce multiple opportunities for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team and provide in-person therapy services to public middle school students. This position is for the remainder of the current school year.
Speech Language Pathologist Position Details:
- $45–$60 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
- 1099 role
- SLPAs with strong school-based experience are encouraged to apply (clinical supervision by a CCC-SLP will be provided)
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy services, collaborate with on-site staff, maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Support evaluations, progress monitoring, and treatment planning as appropriate to role
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Valid Florida State Speech-Language Pathologist License
- School Certification in Florida
- Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them
- Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and developing personalized goals for students requiring speech therapy.
- Providing speech and language intervention services as outlined in students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Supporting students in achieving their personal, academic, and social communication goals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Collaborating with educators and families to ensure holistic support for each student.
