Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time - ESY
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are for the Extended School Year (ESY) and/or part of the 2026/2027 school year.
Position 1 - ESY:
- Dates: June 18th through July 16th
- Hours: 8:15-11:45 am
- $68-$75 per hour
Position 2 - Leave Coverage:
- Dates: September 1st through November 25th
- Hours: 8:15am - 2:45pm
- $68-$75 per hour
The same SLP having availability for both summer and fall is preferred, but not necessary.
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathologist License in New Jersey
- School Certification in New Jersey
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals
- Providing push-in support in classrooms
- Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students who require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing IEPs
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
