As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking full-time Special Education Teachers to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are for the upcoming school year.

Special Education Teacher Salary Range: up to $1920 per week

1. Special Education Teacher – Inclusion

• Facilitate instruction for students in the general education classroom setting & pull-out/resource room environments.
• Conduct progress monitoring for IEP goals and deliver interventions.
• Experience working within the Frontline IEP system (preferred)
• Case management responsibilities
• Support behavioral, academic, and social-emotional growth of students

2. Special Education Teacher – RISE

• Serve as the Lead Teacher in the classroom 
• Supervise paraprofessionals, coordinate student schedules using a Dynamic Scheduling System, and provide support to paras to effectively work with students
• Familiarity with the HQIM methods for lesson planning, as well as Attainment & TeachTown curriculums
• Collaborate with behavior specialists & related service providers to support students 
• Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities
• CPI trained and/or certified
• Experience working within the Frontline IEP system (preferred)

Special Education Teacher Qualification(s):

• Must have state license in Texas
• Must have school certification in Texas
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
