Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
Pay: $55–$60/hour
Schedule: ½ day/week (3.75 hours)
About the Position
Therapy Source is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services remotely. This position offers the opportunity to help students develop the skills needed to succeed in the educational environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
- Attend IEP meetings
- Complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Must have current state OT license in Colorado
- Must have Department of Education certificate
- Must have NBCOT certificate
- School-based experience preferred
- Frontline Enrich experience preferred
