Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time - Must have BACB Certification
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person services to public school students. Applicants must have certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
This position is for the current school year.
Registered Behavior Technician Pay: $30-$37 per hour
Registered Behavior Technician Schedule: Full-Time (M-F)
Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications:
- Certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities May Include:
- Executing ABA therapy programs
- Implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan
- Assisting children with daily self-help skills
- Communicating with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed
- Maintaining therapy areas and materials
