We’re on a mission to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive. Therapy Source is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-person or virtual services for ages PreK-21 charter school students. This position starts ASAP is for the remainder of the current school year with extension into the upcoming school year.
Occupational Therapist Position Details:
- Services are direct (individual and small group) and indirect (consult with teachers and students without direct therapy)
- Flexibility with start/end times and days of service as long as caseload can be completed
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
- Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
- Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
- Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
