Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is for the upcoming school year.
Occupational Therapist Salary Rate: $60-$70 per hour
Occupational Therapist Position Details:
- Caseload of about 18 students (9th -12th grade)
- Part-Time (approximately 1 day of service per week, flexible on day of service)
- Will be servicing 3 different schools all within district, time to commute to locations is billable
Occupational Therapist Qualification(s):
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- School Certification in New Jersey
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
- Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require occupational therapy.
- Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
