Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time - Evaluations and Services - In-Home
Job Description
Therapy Source is seeking Occupational Therapists in the Greater Scranton and Stroudsburg areas to complete in-person evaluations and/or ongoing therapy services for virtual charter school students. Schedule based on your availability, no minimum caseload requirements. These positions are for the current school year.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- School Certification in Pennsylvania
- Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
- Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
- Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
