We’re on a mission to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive. Therapy Source is currently seeking one or more full-time Occupational Therapists to provide in-person services support school districts in the Butler County area. This position is for the remainder of the current school year.

Occupational Therapist Salary: $50 - $60 per hour

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
  • Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
  • Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
  • Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
