Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Location: Wilmington, DE (commutable from Pennsylvania)
• Grades: 8th-12th

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement behavioral strategies in inclusive settings.
• Support students with diverse needs, including ADHD, autism, and emotional disabilities, to foster a positive learning environment.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral management best practices.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience and knowledge of working within a school-based environment.
• A commitment to diversity, equity, and anti-racist practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
