Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time, school-based Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-person services for school students. This position is for the remainder of the current school year.

Licensed Practical Nurse Pay Range: $40-$47 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Position Details:

  • Working 1:1 with a middle school student that has a seizure disorder
  • Hours approximately 7:30-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-12:30pm on Fridays

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

  • Must have NJ LPN Licensure
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain.)

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities May Include:

  • Supporting and evaluating primary and secondary students with IEPs
  • Communicating to the internal team on the content of records and summarizing benefits
  • Attending some evaluation meetings held Monday through Friday
  • Access to personal fax machine/copier/scanner for transmission of confidential documents
