Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for charter school students in Philadelphia.

Position 1:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Grades K-8
  • Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm or Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm
  • For the upcoming school year

Position 2:

  • Full-Time
  • Grades K-12
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
  • For the upcoming school year

Position 3:

  • Part-Time (ESY in July and the upcoming school year starting in September)
  • Day of the week is flexible, typical hours are 9:30am-2:30pm
  • Small caseload of high school aged students at a special program location

Position 4:

  • ESY (Full-Time or Part-Time, from July 8th – August 19th)
  • Monday-Friday (Flexible scheduling between the hours of 8:00am-1:30pm)
  • 5 days per week in-person 

Position 5:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday-Friday)
  • Options: 9:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-3:30pm, or 7:45 am - 3:30 pm
  • For the upcoming school year

 

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

  • Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • School Certification in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

  • Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
  • Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
  • Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing IEPs
  • Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
