Empower Student Success as a School Social Worker with Therapy Source!

At Therapy Source, we are committed to fostering children's success worldwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time School Social Worker to provide in-person services for private school students in New Jersey.

This position is for the remainder of the current school year.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: School Social Worker
  • Employment Type: Part-time, In-Person
  • Hours: 20 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure as a School Social Worker in New Jersey
  • School Certification in the state of New Jersey
  • Up-to-date clearances (or willingness to obtain them)
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Must be comfortable with Behavioral Modification High School population
  • Must have strong case management and counseling experience

Responsibilities may include:

  • Offer emotional and behavioral support to students
  • Implement school-based support programs tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with school staff and families, providing resources and guidance
  • Accurately document data in the school system and complete IEPs
