Registered Behavioral Technician- Full-Time or Part-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking several Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person services for public elementary or high school students. Applicants must have RBT certification and school-based experience, including behavioral training involving de-escalation techniques and trauma. These positions are for the remainder of the 2022/2023 school year.

Registered Behavioral Technician Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Registered Behavioral Technician Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour

Registered Behavioral Technician Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous school-based experience
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Registered Behavioral Technician Responsibilities May Include:

• Executing ABA therapy programs
• Implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan
• Assisting children with daily self-help skills
• Communicating with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed 
• Maintaining therapy areas and materials
