Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support to K-8 grade charter school students with Autism. RBTs must possess certification through the BACB.

This position is for the remainder of the current school year. 

Registered Behavior Technician Scheduling:

  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 8:45 am - 4:00 pm 
  • Wednesday: 8:45 am - 1:30 pm

Registered Behavior Technician Salary Range: $25-$30 per hour 

Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications:

  • RBT Certification through the BACB
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities May Include:

  • Executing ABA therapy programs
  • Implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan
  • Assisting children with daily self-help skills
  • Communicating with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed 
  • Maintaining therapy areas and materials
