Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time - Must have RBT Certification
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person services for public school students. RBT Certification through the BACB is required.
This position runs through the remainder of the current school year.
RBT Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour
RBT Days/Hours Needed: Monday-Friday/9:00am-2:00pm
RBT Qualifications:
- RBT certification through the BACB
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
RBT Responsibilities May Include:
- Executing ABA therapy programs
- Implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan
- Assisting children with daily self-help skills
- Communicating with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed
- Maintaining therapy areas and materials
