As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional to provide in-person services to students at a charter school in Newark, NJ for the upcoming school year.

Hourly Rate: $19–$22
Qualifications:

Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lift and carry supplies short distances

Experience working in a school environment

Comfortable drafting basic documents or spreadsheets
Responsibilities may include:

Supporting classroom activities and adapt materials under teacher direction for students with special needs

Assisting with academic instruction for individuals or small groups as outlined in the IEP

Implementing behavioral plans and track student progress

Facilitating communication between school and home per IEP requirements

Collaborating with teachers to evaluate student progress and support IEP implementation
