Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time - After School Hours
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provides in student homes, after school hours. RBT Certification is required. *Must have RBT certification/sat for the exam and passed.
These positions run through the remainder of the current school year with the possibility of extending through ESY and the following school year.
RBT Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour
RBT Scheduling:
- Part-time-approximately 15 hours per week
- In-home services provided after school hours (3:00pm-6:00pm or later)
- Scheduling can be flexible
RBT Qualifications:
- RBT certification through the BACB
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
RBT Responsibilities May Include:
- Executing ABA therapy programs
- Implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan
- Assisting children with daily self-help skills
- Communicating with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed
- Maintaining therapy areas and materials
