Speech-Language Pathologists - Full-Time or Part-Time
Job Description
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for public school students. Caseload consists of middle school grades 6-8 or high school grades 9-12 with multiple types of disabilities. Applicants must have school-based experience.
These positions are for the remainder of the current school year.
Speech-Language Pathologist Days/Hours Needed: Monday-Friday/8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $55-$60 per hour
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the District of Columbia
- School-based experience
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals.
- Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Consulting with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
